My company had a complicated way of initiating payment for our order but Pam was exceptional She walked me through the process over a period of 6 weeks to get our order finally through and delivered on time Her patience and ingenuity really helped us to get the VISA cards in time for a large employee event despite our firm being less than efficient

This is going to be a detailed review First and foremost I want to preface this with the fact that I ve only dealt with Perfect Gift through the Pinch Me website I am an 8-year Pinch Me customer and have had more than my fair share of troubles with them It s hard to get them to respond to your customer service needs and even harder to accomplish what you re trying to address in the first place So when I reached out to their customer service speaking of Perfect Gift I was pleasantly surprised that I was met with full attention to my situation and needs to the extent of receiving a phone call from a top tier leader of the company explaining not only their position and how they are involved in the two situations I have had with them in the last month but truly explaining in perfectly relatable and understandable detail what their part in this situation is I can only say that I am thrilled beyond belief with their customer-centric policies and the attention received pertaining to my situation These days it s extremely hard to get even adequate customer service from just about any company I deal with with the exception of a very few However this was not the case with Perfect Gift They made sure to contact me both in response through email and with a phone call shortly after I even put in the request It s unfortunate that I do see that they have some negative reviews because I have not had this experience whatsoever with them And quite to the contrary I can only say thank you profusely to the Perfect Gift company for their amazing customer service efforts and action I have to amend this situation I was actually reviewing the wrong company I was meaning to review Perfect gift com as opposed to perfect gift ca
