Their most recent scam is to insist that companies get COVID-19 posters and some fake thing called a digital bundle about COVID-19 via email They billed us for this so called digital bundle - which we never received - and they said they would keep calling until we paid for it Do not do business with this company

How is this company still in business Their pressure tactics would embarrass used car hustlers They ripped our company off for years until we got wise We receive the required compliance posters through our payroll company now Avoid these guys like the virus

I wish I could give less than one star I got pressured into buying an initial subscription only later to find that most of what they pitch does not apply to my business I asked them to stop they sent more invoiced Then they send Bryan after me who calls EVERY DAY looking for payment for links that I never opened As someone who is in the customer experience business thus is a horrible company Never ever do business with them

High pressure fast talking scammers Steer clear

They lure you into buying a poster for a low price then they record their call and try to trick you into authorizing payment for a subscription service where they offer to keep sending posters to you for an exorbitant price They will try to throw lots of verbage at you to get you to consent to authorize payment Don t deal with them

Like every other people who wrote comments I experienced the same start and then invoicing me ridiculous amount I never place order for But they said I did through the phone which I do not remember When I asked for proof of recording that I order but the lady on the phone I spoke to she said there is no legal way to share that information So she wouldn t provide me that information All i remember is received some posters that i order for 12 or 13 other then that i dont remember placing any other order The lady told me because I didn t pay the invoice bill they gave me it s sent to collections So soon they will contact me about this matter Well guess what I spoke to my CPA about it it s scam and also I m gonna go meet my lawyer regarding to this situation this week I am not going to pay any cents or dollors to you scammers By seeing so many people leaving bad comments about you guys meaning you guys are doing the wrong things

SCAM

SCAM I received an offer to get a Covid guidelines poster for my restaurant for about 14 which I purchased A couple weeks later a rep called telling me I needed to make a payment for 527 for all of the other posters I supposedly purchased I clearly stated I didn t want ANY other material I just received a collections letter for the amount Complete disgrace how they are taking advantage of small businesses especially during these times

This company tries to harass you none stop into buying their products By pretending to work for the government they are a SCAM Do not fall for their fraudulent tactics

Its a scam watch out for the phone call to verify your order

Its a scam don t fall for the call back to verify the order They say its recorded but I was just told it s against HIPAA regulations to let me hear the recording Never got the transcript they said they were sending My order was 48 00 My credit card was charged and additional 417 00 I am adding to this review My opinion still stands and I will never do business with Personnel Concepts again However they did refund the additional money after my comment here on Trustpilot

Fear mongering business

If this company wanted to help my business stay OSHA compliant - their mailing adverts would say just that We want to help you But no they rather send threatening compliance notices listing irrelevant deadlines and extraordinary fines we will be charged Fear guys That s your sales tactic It s 2021 get out of here
