Atrocious customer service
Far too many problems trying to use the card Logins don t work accounts don t work constant error messages Customer service atrocious Was kept on hold for a very long time only to end up with a very unhelpful person who tutted sighed and talked over me as he couldn t seem to manage outside of his scripted lines I don t know what he is doing on a customer service line

Absolute rubbish
Absolute rubbish Their website is on eof the worst I ve seen Customer service takes weeks to respond They contradict themselves with details like if you re meant to add your country code or what security code to use

Perk Magazine or The Rewards Club
They have tried to set-up an unwanted subscription for my 91 year old mother Unsolicited unwanted etc etc If she hadn t asked my about it she would have been charged 81 99 p a If you want to to see more about the shameful way they are doing business have a look at the Martin Lewis Website There are so many similar incidents it is scandalous

Card unusable locked almost instantly
Tried to use multiple sites Kinguin Amazon etc and nothing worked now card is locked and can t use it at all Card is a reward for red c surveys Whole experience is horrendously complicated I spoke to pleasant advisor on phone and she said she would send request to have card unlocked but still not working Cannot recommend this service at all at this time will update if situation changes

No technology and no customer service
If you are a Boss and are thinking of getting a Perx card for your employees don t your employees will hate you for it It is unbelievable how a company cannot get a simple registration portal working and their own date picker cannot give a date in the format they want Good luck getting a reply to an email that is not a canned response of their FAQ or good luck even getting a reply Zero effort to help in any way Stay away and find another way you won t regret itUpdate 13 10 2024To Perx who looked for more details and to contact them I ve sent nearly 15 emails already and it takes weeks for a response so what am I going to gain by sending a message on another platform Just fix your website at perx dot getmybalance dot com Account Validate How hard can it be

Worst service ever
This used to be brilliant until 2023 And then it all changed It took me several support calls and a lot of angst to re-register a new account why did I need to do that when I already had an account and enable my new card There s now no transfer of old card balances onto new cards Support is a long wait on the phone but only during weekday office hours And where s the log-in gone on the website I can t even figure out how to query my balance any longer The company now only seems interested in selling cards Avoid avoid avoid If I could give this company zero I would

Do not go near this company
I have purchased Perx Gift cards for staff Family for the last number of years They claim that the cards are accepted anywhere mastercard are however i find this not to be true Having real difficulty using cards I have activated updated for 3d Secure but still hard to use Process to get to a stage where you can use yoour card nearly requires a degree in IT Not possible to merge physical cards anymore so cant pay online for flights or holidays if over the amount on card Cuestomner service is very bad they always seem to blame someone else If card is over twelve months old they deplete the balance and not possible to get a list of this online Wont ever touch again
