I bought a run for chickens the cable ties were to light and our dog broke in and killed 2 chickens my 2 autistic kids were distraught

I ordered a collar for my dog

I ordered a collar for my dog whose neck size is 37 cm I ordered the 35 to 47 size thinking it would be fine It arrived 2 days later Although of good quality it was huge I returned it at my own cost again another 4 I wanted to change it for the smaller size and explained same in an email but I have not heard anything back I ve now spent 9 p and p on a collar that cost 13 and nothing to show for my 24 quid Disappointing won t shop with pets ie in future I d say

Prompt delivery abs service My only gripe was with the delivery company you used Fastway delivered my parcel to the wrong address and I only got it by pure chance There is no number to contact them only an email address

Your service is excellent but let down by the ineptitude of your courier I would use your company for all my pets requirements but cannot deal with your courier service Fastway New Ross DO NOT USE THEM

Poor customer service

Have ordered from pets ie loads of times I have 4 dogs and have always found the prices etc very reasonable my last order was for a dog crate for puppy on the 9th October I had ordered the wrong size so wanted to return it not an issue untill the collection of my parcel with fastway they wanted me to drive to meet him with the parcel on the road when I m paying for it to be collected contacted pets ie parcel was eventually collected on October 25th The warehouse is in the smae county and when I asked about my refund I was told I d receive it once it was back at the warehouse today is the 6th of November and I have still not received my refund no response from my last email I will not order from pets ie again due to courier and poor customer service

Missing bag C of screws from the pack

Missing bag C of screws from the pack Also wooden dowel was in a wrong place so we had to saw it off and make do with screws to hold on back Hutch is great when put together but unfortunately with screws missing it made things difficult

We purchased a dog cage a size bigger than recommended for our dog- a medium it is ok for dog but small Will take responsibility for not checking dimensions but took your advice
