Moving premises

You have moved premises to the other side of Arklow This could have been highlighted on the website as I ended up going to the Beech Road to collect my order but you weren t there Even this survey is showing your address as Beech Road and this is not correct

I liked the punctual delivery Easy to purchase on yr site Didnt like that it was more difficult to put together b c some pieces were out of shape So this made it difficult to construct Apart from that my dog is very haply with it She would rather be in the house all day though

Henry Dog Kennel- medium

I bought the -Henry Dog Kennel - Wooden - Medium - 10077 HENRYMEDIt came quickly was very easy to assemble The white trim for the top of roof arrived damaged it had splintered at one end We needed Kennel urgently so we had to accept condition as is on arrival Medium size was recommended for a spaniel In my opinion its just a little tight space wise I would recommend going for the larger size My small spaniel is only just able to get turned around inside Once turned and lying down his snout is right at the door I would strongly recommend this Kennel but for a smaller breed

Dissatisfied customer purchased the 3 x 3 x 1 5 dog run

I purchased the 3 x 3 x 1 5 dog run The delivery was swift and prompt Putting together the frame was easy with the instructions but the mesh was difficult due to the majority of the diamond s not linked together I sent picture s via email but the impression I got back was it was my fault and I got no satisfaction or compensation from the company

The order arrive very quickly even

The order arrive very quickly even though it was a Bank Holiday that impressed me However the quality of the products I ordered leave a lot to be desired The catnip is so stale kitty doesn t even notice it The Kong Laser Light is so flimsy when I push the button to light it up if I m not careful I almost crush the container The only product I ordered that seems to be worthy of purchase are the toy mice she does play with them

Poor delivery service

The item order was as advertised i e no problem there However the delivery service used by Pets ie was atrocious I received an e-mail from the delivery service which said that my delivery was on the way This was followed by a second email stating that they had called but there was nobody home Nonsense I was home at the time I could not locate a contact number for the delivery company The delivery company did not bother contacting me by phone I eventually collected the delivery from the delivery company depot I will not make another order from Pets ie while they continue to use this delivery service

Great customer care very fast Awful delivery company

Company was excellent at changing my order after I made a mistake Only issue was the company they use for deliveries ignored directions on where to put the order and instead dumped it in front of my parents door blocking them in Needed 2 people to move it to allow them access Product was great Very fast processing Will use again buy won t get it delivered

Kennel

The assembly of the kennel was easy But on of the side panels was bent so trying to get it slot in took some ingenuity cause it kept popping out

Dog house

I liked the idea of a plastic dog house because our previous wooden one didn t last due to the wet weather However the quality of the product was not as good as expected There was a piece missing to secure the roof on and the locking pegs for the slide door were loose which allowed for movement and the door to blow open in the wind

The waterproof doggy coat was lovely

The waterproof doggy coat was lovely and good quality however it was too small for my dog and I wanted to exchange it for the next size up by simply posting back the original one and waiting for the new one to arrive So the reason I give 3 stars is the awkward return online policy which just drives me mad
