Quick service

I wasn t sure when the package was to arrive so I had to wait at my front gate until it came I missed the first delivery despite being at home Otherwise I got my package quickly enough

Ordering was easy and the delivery was very quick I reduce one star because the 4 parts of the order were not delivered in one package However the remaining item was delivered on the same day

Happy days

Ordered from Pets ie in the evening and delivery arrived the following day Very speedy response While there was a hiccup in that only 3 out of the 4 boxes arrived technically the fault didn t lie with Pets ie but with the courier On reporting the missing box Tara swung into action and dealt with the courier company and the parcel was swiftly delivered to my home Good customer service from Pets ie Will buy from them again

Delivery was brilliant

Delivery was brilliant Ordered the Katie hutch and extension received 2 days later Unfortunately product is not up to standard for price 70 for 3 pieces of wood for the extension and no instructions on how to connect it to the hutch Hutch is better but had to make own holes and screws pop easily if it needs moving

Fast and truthful but a bit expensive

Fast and truthful The long lasting chew Yak Snack and Antler dog chew were a bit expensive for the purpose They I bought 2 small Yak 2 medium Yak and 1 Medium Antler didn t last more than 1 day I have 1 Border Collie and 1 spring spaniel

Good website with accurate descriptions of products

The dog house we received was exactly as described on your website It was very easy to ensemble which was great The only small piece of feedback I have is around time frame for delivery We got it within the expected time frame which was fine But it was hard to know when exactly it would arrive The emails and messages always said the next day or the next working day But as it was being couriered I couldn t figure out whether Saturday was classed as a working day or not I missed the 1st attempt at delivery for that reason But other than that I was very happy with the service and I would definitely purchase from pets ie again

Very efficient and trustworthy

Very efficient and trustworthy Quick delivery and their products are great Only thing is i bought 2 cat homes at different times from them and both need to be coated in non toxic animal friendly wood preservative I asked in a few places and that included and none would commit to them being animal friendly Therefore i think that the company should sell that product if it is something i need

Delivery confusing

The product itself is perfect The issue comes from the package being 3 parcels and all parcels being delivered on different days We weren t told that there was 3 parcels so we were immediately worried when all we received first was a box of screws and nothing that looked like a fence Of course everything did arrives but it was over a week which is fine but telling customers the package is three parcels which may be delivered on different days is important The instruction manual isn t very clear An example being put the door gate on the fence It gave two bullet points with no information on how to actually put the gate onto the fence The photos in the manual were somewhat difficult to see

Good product but was slightly wharped which left assembly quite difficult Suspect happened during delivery

Everything arrived in quick time but

Everything arrived in quick time The reflector collar and food pad are great The only reason I gave a 4 star is that I also purchased was a Dog tag and the wire connection broke 2 days later it was on correctly luckily I found the actual tag is it possible to send on a new one
