Bad delivery service

Product good - price OK - delivery service Poor Item ordered 12 Nov finally arrived evening 19th Very poor show for something that was said to have been dispatched on 13 The delivery service is too hit and miss for me so I won t be using this shop again

If your in a hurry with your order don t use this company

Put order in 11 days ago still waiting for delivery this is my last time using this company wrote to them and their using the weather as an excuse which I totally understand but Not 11 days waiting for a delivery very disappointing with this company

Very dissatisfied customer

Very dissatisfied customer Item arrived damaged Contacted and company said they would send out a replacement only after they received the damaged one back I m still waiting for it to be collected Had hoped to move the kittens outside this week but can t until I have the new one I have no idea when this will be as despite showing photographic evidence of the damaged goods still fully in the box the company still will not send out a new cat house Why is it when something isn t right it s the customers that suffer

Large order placed over two weeks ago and unable to get an update from the company Phone number is automated and no reply to my emails

Slow delivery 10 working days

Last Sunday I placed an order with the promise of same-day dispatch as I urgently needed the product for my puppy However the item has yet to arrive Despite my attempts to resolve this issue through emails I have been met with a lack of response and have been redirected with the explanation that An Post is to blame This delay has caused significant inconvenience Given the situation I requested the cancellation of my order so I could purchase the product locally Unfortunately my request has been ignored Now ignoring me No one to call and telephone line says email They can just ignore you thenExceptionally poor service They have not even picked up the phone to call me

This is my first order and had to send an email request where my order was i was informed the order was shipped with An Post I Checked with An Post several days later and the order wasnt sent Waiting a week the telephone number given on the website is a recorded message only directing you to the website Sent several emails and no response Looking for a refund at this stage thats if they respond

I bought a large dog house from here recently It was absolutely dirt A complete rip off for 200 euro Shouldn t be allowed to sell these items Wouldn t last 6 months Worst money I ve ever spent in my life Would never buy from here again
