Overall a positive experience The plastic Snug Dog kennel turned out to be a bit flimsier than we thought advertised as tough but it s spacious enough We ve only used it for a week now but I m expecting the plastic to last well throughout the Irish winter and for years to come Whilst the front door offers ventilation here s looking forward to the sunny warm days the small canopy roof overhang in the front doesn t unfortunately reach far enough to provide full protection from the heavy rains we ve had recently the dog s mattress tends to get wet at the front We also bought a plush toy Lumpi for our puppy aged ten weeks Lumpi lasted for a week before one of the seams broke Ideally a toy advertised as especially for puppies should be a bit more durable The delivery was quick and our puppy has already taken to his kennel well so overall a positive experience

Hi firstly it s difficult to actually get a feel for your articles if you haven t got them on display and I understand that would involve a large area which you probably don t wish to do as you are a wholesaler only If this is the case possibly more photos on your website and if you could look at the translation of the instructions which come with the product More detail would be better Bits of the construction were not spoken about and photos didn t specifically show all details

The products and pricing are good but I ve had an issue with my order every single time I ve ordered Currently waiting on one item for over a week now while the rest of the stuff I ordered arrived 2 days later It s always the delivery stuff missing from my order that I have issues with It s frustrating because I want to support local and as I said their products are good and decently priced Just irritating when you re ordering for a pet and not yourself

Negative and positive polarity on collar on instructions but where on collar Press collar firmly into charger I don t think so it will click into tester as you described but all I can do is let it sit on charger Collar around neck could have more holes save me drilling After that fence works well

Package arrived in good time However it is a heavy flat pack item and the packaging was a little bashed up and flimsy The product could be better quality it is poorly finished in places with marks on some of the white trim Some pilot holes for fixings were off centre which led to some adjustment being required Product is usable but had it been a smaller item and less hassle to return I would have returned it

There is no problem with the product but I had to wait a long time for delivery because it was sent to the wrong delivery address

I bought a toy for my sons dog It s not suitable for her as it is made from soft rubber I think pet toys should not be made from this material as dogs chew them and swallow the rubber which results in very high vet bills

The parcel came in good time But it is difficult to put together The plastic walls are very flimsy I wouldn t recommend this dog house

Very very slow delivery but Caroline contacted me and clarified the reason for the delay Happy out with the product

ordered item on 6th jan 2025 and it is now 15th jan 2025 so 9 days and still an post is waiting for the item and therefore it hasnt been delivered to me ok it was ordered at 17 03 and considering that was a monday evening it should of been dispatched the following day and buy rights should have it now but dont
