ANOTHER wonderful experience at PF Chang s Knoxville

I visited PF Chang s Knoxville earlier today and had ANOTHER wonderful experience The customer service person who took my phone order gentleman named Hazi was friendly professional and most considerate He asked me the pronunciation of my name instead of assuming he knew and mispronouncing it He confirmed each item while taking my order and asked if I minded if he reconfirmed the order in its entirety all while maintaining a cheerful disposition and a smile in his voice Once I hung up the phone I was ready to give my review even before receiving my order and would have had the wi-fi cooperated Hazi pleasantly delivered my order curbside It was great to witness his smile and sunny disposition in person It s a rarely for such a young person to possess such exemplary customer service skills Of course the chefs did a wonderful job preparing my meal it was perfect as usual Thanks Manager Ethan and your entire team for ANOTHER wonderful PF Chang s Knoxville experience

I just wanted to write a review because it s been a year since we ve been able to eat inside a restaurant Today was my husband s birthday and we decided to go to P F Chang s I called to make a reservation and they accommodated 10 people When I got there the table was set with fancy placemats real chopsticks and a birthday card signed by the restaurant staff They were very friendly and accommodating Each table setting was set with a porcelain crane to hold the chopsticks On the bottom of the chopsticks it says stolen from P F Chang s I asked our waiter if we were able to take them home and they said absolutely it was a marketing thing No other table was set up with fancy placemats and fancy chopsticks I just wanted to say they really made my husband birthday a memorable one
