I still have not received my order

I have received wrong tablets I have ordered halal one but they have sent me not halal with GELATINE When I called the shop the lady told me to contact Pharma Nord UK by email because it was online shopping After I emailed them about week ago there is no respond I will just add that halal tablets cost 12 50 and the one they have sent me costs 9 99 Terrible service I won t buy here again and I DO NOT RECOMMEND

Ordered omega 3 capsules on 25 March

I still have not received my product which I ordered on 12th December 2020 I have emailed no reply then telephoned and was told they would get back to me They have done nothing to assist me and at this moment in time no one has responded to a second email or picked up the phone I would like a refund but that seems unlikely Very poor service

Never got my order

Ordered omega 3 capsules on 25 March Received an email to say order on the way the next day Kept waiting and waiting for delivery as I have run out Received another email few days later to say they are out of stock and will deliver by first class mail as soon as they receive stock It is now more than two weeks and still no capsules I ordered 80 pack as it showed they were in stock even though it worked out cheaper to get the bigger pack of 120 Very disappointed

Disappointing change to Bio Fish oil capsules

Never got notice it shipped Never received But I got 2 reminders to review so here you go Update 2 10 Just received notice I need to fill out 3 pages of Flemish customs paperwork and pay 24 euro before they ll consider sending me the package I am not willing to do that I would appreciate a refund once the package is returned to Pharma Nord

Thanks for quick response

I am very disappointed that the new Bio fish oil capsules have been quietly reduced from 1000mg to 500mg each EPA and DHA content has also dropped from 540mg and 360 mg in a single capsule to 90mg and 60mg respectively which is a significant difference Taking 5x500 mg capsules to match one 1000mg capsule is not realistic I know there has been an issue over the packaging but this compromise turns an excellent product into a poor substitute Thank you for your reply Lucinda I am not clear how 5 capsules totalling 2500 mg and 450 mg EPA and 300 mg DHA are considered the previous single capsule of 3000 mg fish oil EPA 540 mg and DHA 360 mg Have recommended levels been revised downwards It would seem misleading at best

I was at home all day yesterday

Good evening I am Ristica Giurca I had had placed my order on Friday 30th July on amount of 62 61 I received shortly an confirmation email that my order is in process Wich I was content by the quick response I will looking forward to receive my order Many thanks that you answered to my request

My problem

I was at home all day yesterday 25 10 21 no one called to deliver the parcel And I am now expected to collect the parcel at some depot which requires a pass code that although sent to me in electronic form I do not have the facility to copy or print This is what I call a bllsht service to say the least

I still have not received my last order

My problem you use carrier DPD they will only try to deliver once - and will not try to leave with a neighbour So they have left my package at a shop in Colerne 8-9 miles away from my house I am not prepared to make this journey You or they have an obligation to deliver to this address Other carriers manage some leave a package in my porch and take a photo of it Others leave packages at my village Post Office

Pharma Nord s reward scheme

Pharma Nord s reward schemeI recently ordered some supplements from Pharma nord and was expecting a reward card as according to their website a card would be in purchases of their products I received the supplements but there was no reward card I sent a message to Pharma Nord and wasn t given a pathetic excuse saying the reward scheme was new and thats why there was no reward card in the products I purchased Not happy
