Delivery is very slow and communication is lacking Website says dispatch the same day with first class delivery however 5 working days later I do not even have confirmation whether the item has been dispatched Will probably buy elsewhere next time -

I love pharmanord products but having agreed to use their repeat order service I am finding they are taking my money and not sending the vitamins Neither have I had responses to my messages querying this Hoping for better and fearing another Brexit Covid impact

Goods are received within 3 days of ordering however other services that are offered do not appear to be genuine On two separate occasions I have emailed the company as suggested by them and not received any response I have followed this up by telephone calls and the operator could not give an adequate explanation for not responding to the emails

Hi As requested twice for a review here it is My first ever purchase from Pharma nord UK was placed on 30th August on the 2nd September was advised order sent also 2nd September was asked for a review which I did not do also on 2nd Sept I requested a tracking number but have to this date 9th Sept not received one but did get a request for a review and this is it Cheers H

Great product but rubbish subscription service I signed up in January and it ran like clockwork for for first 2 months I am still awaiting delivery of my April order and have already been debited my May subscription which has still to be dispatched March order resolved efficiently by customer service but not since Lucinda Thank you for the update on my May subscription but I am still awaiting delivery of my APRIL 10th order

I love the way the company use the health sciences and nature sciences together however would be nice if the company reduced the use of animal gelatine and really started focusing more on ecological methods to produce the gelatine doesn t sound too good to kill animals to support the human life isn t it Lots of green and vegan options are out of stock why advertise the Green or Vegan products or even talk about Vegan friendly options if in reality are none available We are leaving in very fragile eco system and big companies should start showing an example of changing this world to a better place rather then keep thinking only about own greed When big companies will start to take responsibility for the world including every single living creature in this planet then perhaps we can allow our children and grandchildren also call this beautiful planet a home

Would ve been nice to have advance notice that my subscription is unavailable instead of an email on the day of dispatch saying sorry out of stock with no alternative offered or approximate timescale

Rather disappointed to see that the CoQ10 I ordered to help with cardiovascular health contains hydrogenated oil One of the acknowledged worst things to consume for cardiovascular health What are they thinking of Also not the company s fault but the courier decided to put these through my wrought iron side gate into my back garden but not leave any note to say he d done so Luckily I had call to go out there for something otherwise I d never have known Unluckily it had poured down with rain here recently and the cardboard box the product came in got soaked through to a pulp Luckily the capsules ordered are in foil so didn t get damaged

The website is easy to use and the delivery quick and efficient However I took advantage of the special offer which for my particular product was described as 90 capsules for the price of sixty Unfortunately when my order arrived the packs were the normal size without the extra free I have emailed the vendor and am hoping for a satisfactory conclusion but to date I am disappointed with the service and would need to be convinced to use it again
