I should have read the description

I should have read the description before ordering because I would have chosen an alternative vegan supplier Didn t realise the shell is made from bovine until they arrived

You sent me wrong products the right stuff on the invoice if sent them back but still waiting for my refund b but never had a problem before so I ve excepted your apology and I will be using you again x

Super Excellent products purchase and delivery a real pain

The products are excellent they are also expensive but I would be happy to buy more if delivery was easier They use Royal Mail so there is no timed delivery slot which means a trip with passport and council tax form to a remote Royal Mail depot with no parking No one has time for this Even if I offer to pay more they wont use a sensible courier I have an account and discount offers but these never seem to be valid It is actually easier to pick an order up from Head Office by car except they have no reception and treat you like a criminal Great company great products just get an act together for your customers

I was led to believe you only had pkts

I was led to believe you only had pkts of 60 when I wanted 140 I left the 140 on back order having been told not to expect delivery for sometime First 60 arrived and two days later the larger pkt arrived Not happy

Gave low score as haven t received order I was informed before ordering items were out of stock but there s been no information when that might change Realise these are uncertain times but it s still disappointing

Have not received my goods though tracking information has advised that the goods were delivered and signed for by someone I do not know Am having dificulty contacting the delivery firm Have already wasted half an hour waiting for someone to pick up my call
