Serge Ramelli knows what he does and after at least two years of studying his workflow his ideas there is still something to learn for me A real big one And concerning the business part the company is absolutely reliable and fair For some reason my last payment was effected several times It took one email and a few hours and I had my money back The person in charge was so friendly and solved my problem immediately Thank you so much

I ve sent two emails to the support email and one was answered within an hour the other was by the end of the day I understand the high pressure concern but I just ignore it What I ve learned has made up for the annoyance

I am enjoying this online training It is very easy to follow examples are applicable The units are broken down so you can grasp the content take a pause and then move on to the next The technique skill is repeated enough that I can understand various ways to apply it I ordered this during a down time thinking I would have lots of free time I did not and consequently waited almost 6 months to come back to it The company was responsive to my need to restart with no questions asked This was exceptional customer service

Brilliant customer service

Just purchased Zero to One No time yet to do the course but I expect it will be full of Serge enthusiasm and the usual great insights that come from a superb teacher I purchased as a result of his first webinar but then I watched a later webinar in which Serge was adding bonus after bonus which was not offered in the first webinar I emailed Serge asking where I could get one of the bonuses because I could not find it on the website list of courses It was added to my account along with another bonus for which I am very grateful Serge is an absolutely straight shooter

Enjoying the course Really easy to follow Just good basic instructions tips and ideas The LR videos go a bit quick at times but you can easily stop and go over them again Presets are excellent often hardly need any tweaks once appied to your photos
