The colours used were not good It looks pretty ordinary and nothing like what the ad showed The acrylic transparent box was broken when it arrived Very costly for a product that was very average Will never go in for this again

You sent my product wrong and won t fix it

You sent my product wrong refused to refund or replace You spelled my kids name letters and the name are backwards Written from right to left and backwards letters Looks ridiculous Assmed the customer service person was useless and unhelpful DON T USE THIS COMPANY

My design came broken and I have sent an email as to how I can return it to get it redone I have not heard back I m very disappointed

Very tacky product - not worth 60 Quality of the box that comes with the product is horrible - the bottom edges of the box came out to be damaged Total waste of money There s no way I can give it as a gift now
