Title Extremely Disappointed with Pini Parma s Terrible Customer ServiceReview I have patiently waited since the 22nd of February for a refund on a pair of trousers I purchased from Pini Parma and I am utterly disappointed with the appalling customer service I have received Despite numerous assurances from their representatives the refund has not been processed leaving me frustrated and dissatisfied To begin with the quality of the trousers was subpar as they started falling apart after just a few wears Recognizing the issue I reached out to Pini Parma s customer service expecting a swift resolution However the experience has been nothing short of a nightmare Communication with their customer service team has been abysmal While they repeatedly promised to refund me their actions have not aligned with their words It seems that Pini Parma lacks the necessary competence and infrastructure to handle even the simplest refund procedure This raises serious concerns about their ability to address problems when something goes wrong with an order As an online retailer Pini Parma should understand the importance of customer satisfaction and resolving issues promptly Unfortunately my experience with them has been marked by frustration wasted time and false promises It is disheartening to see a company with such potential fail so miserably in delivering basic customer service I strongly advise anyone considering shopping with Pini Parma to think twice Based on my personal experience they have proven themselves ill-equipped to handle customer concerns even when it comes to something as straightforward as a refund Save yourself the hassle and find a more reliable and customer-focused retailer It is my hope that Pini Parma takes this feedback seriously and strives to improve their customer service standards Customers deserve better and it is essential for companies to prioritize resolving issues promptly and transparently

Terrible customer service very late too
I ordered on 22 November 2022 but I am yet to receive the product 1 December 2022 They are located in Paris and I am in Milan After everyday writing to customer care apparently the product never leave the warehouse No apology as well very bad customer service

Very slow shipping 6-7 Business Days within EU The product arrived damaged dirty I returned it another 6 Business Days I ve waited another 4 days since they received the return in order to proceed the refund 4 days no news from them Not recommended Poor customer support and bad product quality 189 euros for a pair of cotton pants that feels and looks like Zara product There are way better options out there

Buyer Beware Horrible Exchange Policy
I purchased a sweater for my husband in November as a Christmas present and unfortunately it did not fit When I tried to exchange the sweater for a new size I was told I was past the return window of 30 days When I shared that I just wanted to exchange for a new size I was again told it was too late I understand having a time limit for returns but not for exchanges and I inquired right after Christmas Unacceptable for a supposed high-end clothier Buyer beware
