Item never arrived

Placed an order for an item of clothing amongst other items to be delivered next day and one of the items was missing Emailed customer service to be told they were sorry but due to technical error they will have to refund me Seem to be encountering nothing but issues with this company and really am going to take my business elsewhere The company is an absolute joke and customer service is shambolic

Not worth it

I ordered a co-ord set and returned it as it didn t look anything like the picture on their website Very cheap quality The set was 22 99 I was added 1 79 protect my order charge which I never opted for and which I wasn t refunded So out of 27 77 I received 20 refund just to try it on

I paid for next day delivery last week and was dropped off at the local post office which isn t open full time so havnt been able to collect it Hence why I paid for nxt day delivery to my home address Not happy Needed it last weekend Can t get hold of anyone but a robot either

I still have not received my order Royal mail say they attempted delivery but have not as I have been home 24 7 also stating out for delivery when no card was left to say they had attempted just update on tracking

Awful customer service

Paid for next day delivery came 4 days late so I paid extra for a service that I didn t get Sent an email to customer services but didn t get a reply Order came too late for the party I needed it for yet I m still expected to pay for its return Not impressed won t be buying again

Returned 200 worth of items baught with klarna and pink boutique have yet to process it a month later and I ve been charged by klarna because of it Returned by royal mail and Ive Contacted pink boutique and had no response Going to contact trading standards as this is dreadful If i could give zero stars i would
