Still not responding or resolving my issue Sent faulty item no option to return with QR code or where to return Apparently I have to wait for it to be approved Absolutely ridiculous

NEVER use again For years I have purchased clothes from Pink Boutique for my wife So trying to be prepared this Xmas I ordered and paid for three items a few weeks ago Unfortunately two of the items did not fit properly so emailed customer services four days ago asking to return I have received NO reply apart from automated response saying they don t accept returns now after 14 days of purchase This is unbelievable NO EXTENDED RETURNS for the Xmas period So basically I need to wait until last minute if I want to order a gift Ridiculous ALL other clothes stores allow returns from 1st Nov all the way through until 26th January I will NEVER order from this joke company again I have several family members who have also used this site and we will all be boycotting from now on Appalling service and nowhere in FAQ s in returns does it mention about 14 days Very sly

I never ordered ANYTHING from you ever I did not authorise the use of my card for purchasing This is fraud and I have contacted your customer service via email on the date this happened I received notification from my bank about this and reported it to my bank I am returning something I NEVER ORDERED and did not open the package as it is not even my style or size

Outfit was ridiculous tiny size 12 fit but more for a doll Even my petit size 6 8 sister would not be able to wear this due to the shortness of it Ended up having to wear an old outfit for New Year s Eve Not happy

Paid an extra 8 99 for next day delivery and didn t recieve item until FOUR DAYS LATER

Very poor customer service Sent email to customer service 1 week ago Still NO response 14 day return policy is ridiculous Won t be using this company again and will be contacting my bank due to no response and no refund

Absolutely disgusting customer service I ordered a dress which didn t look good when arrived so I sent it back for an exchange I changed my mind on the exchange for another item I emailed the company and they told me that the parcel exchange had been sent out already but not to worry I could send back the exchange when I receive it for another exchange as soon as I received the parcel I logged onto my account to get the return lable QR code but I didn t have one I ve been emailing customer service to ask for a returns lable for nearly a whole month but they have just completely ignored me I m absolutely disgusted by this I will never use this company again

The sizes are a lot smaller than they say I ordered a bigger size because of my previous experience and that was even smaller Won t be ordering from here again

I ordered a dress for New Years Eve on Next Day Delivery on the 28th December There was nothing on their website stating that they had a cut off I got an tracking number on the 29th stating my dress would be delivered on the 2nd Jan Not fair considering now I don t need the dress and I paid a lot to have it delivered Next Day Emailed customer service they were snippy and unhelpful and I m still awaiting a reply from the email I sent back Terrible experience won t be using them in the future

I was so disappointed with this Playsuit it s a shame there isn t an option to upload pictures as what I received was completely different The colour advertised was bright and vibrant the colour received was drab dull and reminded me of some curtains my grandma used to have Needless to say it has been returned
