Paid for next day delivery and for loss and damage to items for my item to arrive a week later Really unhappy dont blame the company as such more the delivery team The dress is adorable however

Poor shopping experience

A more full and thorough description of the look feel of materials used in clothing would make the general shopping experience better or the option for customer reviews pictures the cost for delivery returns means you ve lost 5 from your refund for an item that isn t suitable due to thin flimsy material

loyal customer lost

I ve ordered a lot from PB and generally no problems and I love my orders Until 9 days ago when I ordered for next day delivery My ordered was delayed by DPD 4 times I chased them up they were useless and kept saying they would search the warehouse I contacted PB who told me to wait after a few more days I contacted PB again who said they could request the order is returned to them and then Would get a refund when they receive it After explaining that I don t see how it would get back to them when it s obviously lost I was told there s no evidence it s lost I ve given up hope of the item or the refund and they ve lost a loyal customer

Limited selection for average U K size

What went wrong I was so in love with Pink Boutique at first but wow have you slipped down the pan less and less in REAL sizes I m so shocked at your limited stock for any woman sized 16 and over I m 5 9 so need that extra wiggle room Not a plus size per se just need that inch or so the size up gives for length I keep looking and nope - nothing on offer Guess I ll have to go elsewhere which has gutted me because your range is beautiful

Delivery was amazing super fast however

Delivery was amazing super fast however sizing is off I m a 12 This was so small i had to find something last minute I would advise going a size up from your usual size Amazing quality however unable to wear

Next day delivery doesn t work

Paid next day delivery on Thursday before 4pm and didn t arrive until Monday Was due to wear on Saturday but due to not allowing dpd to leave in a safe place they couldn t leave on the Friday and don t deliver on a Saturday If you wanting something for the weekend don t rely on next day delivery

I love pink boutique but

I ve used pink boutique for years and absolutely love their clothes but my last purchase was very disappointing The coat arrived looking nothing like the picture It s not a warm winter coat as portrayed in fact it s quite the opposite and the colour isn t great it looks a pinky camel colour in the pictures but it s actually quite dark I m really disappointed with it

Wrong size sent

Wrong size sent Packaging displayed correct size I ordered but actual size on clothing different to what it says on the packaging No one has been in contact yet

I read most of the reviews as I am interested to buy from Pink Boutique but it seems like most of reviews are fake Also anyone can drop a review on Trustpilot if you are a customer or not How can I trust this website

Order took ages to arrive

Order took ages to arrive Had to return and exchange for smaller size Waited only to then receive a text saying due to technical errors we can not deliver and refund in 10 days Not very good customer service
