The product was good but unfortunately was too small but I m having trouble getting a returns label to send item back and there s no one I can speak to on the phone

I was disappointed in the quality of the dress I bought the faux leather was terrible sizing was too big it really needs to go back I paidcalot of money for it but currently have no tome to return it

Dress came next day as i paid for next day delivery however the quality of the dress was quite poor and didnt look like did online It was extremely see through and could see my underwear through it so had to wear a slip dress underneath It was also extremely long and this didnt reflect the pictures

After ordering from pink for about 10

After ordering from pink for about 10 years and being fairly satisfied I was a little disappointed today in the standard of clothes that have arrived I ve paid 80 for a top and pair of pants I d have no issue if this was of quality but these weren t even market quality Extremely disappointed with what I ve received today Such a shame I don t think I ll be back now

When returning the item I didn t get the full amount the shipping label costs which is fine but more got deducted The dress doesn t look how it looks on the website and is an itchy material

I ordered two dresses on the Friday before new year and paid next day delivery They arrived January 3rd Why is next day delivery an option if it can t be honored Absolute joke 7 for no reason Then when the dresses arrived and I had no reason to keep them as new year was over they charged me 2 to return them Not happy

Jacket for new year

I ordered a jacket for New Year s Eve and ordered it for next day delivery but it actually arrived 5 days later when I emailed I was told it stated clearly that it would not be delivered the next day as ordered after 4pm I didn t see anything on check out and also why then was I offered next day delivery and made to pay the extra charge The jacket is ok but wouldn t rush to order again

They should have getting a 5 But I got two of the same tops send out had to return there is a problem with the return and I ve send a second order back the top was still to be the jacket was to big so all send back but I m refund is very slow I m waiting on first order it s around 65 the second order with a jumper and a jacket which was around 75 still no refund for that return yet plus I had to place another with a smaller size so I hope this one fits OK and I get my 1 refund it s Xmas soon and money I so need in before xmas
