I started my journey into the lens world with pinky Paradise I ve been in love with this lens ever since I first tried them They literally gave me an extremely high expectations for lens The size fits perfectly and quality is amazing Further the lens covers the colour of the iris seamlessly It s absolutely worth it I even got two more from the Allura series recently my order ID was 79535 And my god the lens just blew my mind Initially I was skeptical on getting a light coloured lens for my dark iris However after trying the first one from this brand I ve been reluctant to change my loyalty for them

Excellent customer service

Excellent customer service I was a little frustrated that I wasn t asked for my proof of prescription until i received the order confirmation instead of during the checkout process I thought i wouldn t need it to place the order for that reason I ll admit it is my fault for not verifying that first the customer service department was very helpful I submitted a copy of my prescription and realized that it did not match my order again my fault for not double checking They were quick to respond to my inquiries and got my order corrected By far the best customer service I have received in a long time I intended to only make one purchase from this company but I will definitely be purchasing from them again
