I pre-ordered SNK vs
I pre-ordered SNK vs Capcom SVC Chaos because I m a collector I reached out to Pixnlove to make sure the game was well-packaged since it s coming from outside the UK and we all know how couriers can be with packages I was told it was packed in premium packaging but it arrived damaged in a very thin bubble wrap envelope I emailed Pixnlove about it twice but I didn t get a reply I even emailed them a third and fourth time but still no response In the end I m having to use Mastercard to try and get my money back Be careful with this company because it seems like they re not very trustworthy and the support team is completely non-existent

Customer Support helped a lot
My package have been shipped to Japan and Japan Post had a problem and send it back to Pix n Love I made a typo on my email address when I registered but the customer support agent found my correct email to tell me about the situation of my package and reshipped promptly the books I received the books they are in good condition and pretty heavy Really satisfied about my purchase and Pix n Love services
