Today I wrote a negative review about a hair salon stating that and I quote they had not respected the appointment I made through planity com and they refused to post it because it contained grossiers vulgaires obscenes What Update So not only they run a business model that does not allow for negative reviews they don t seem to have very good comprehensive reading skills I wrote they have not respected my appointment What is racist insulting or discriminatory about that Give me a break I am trying to be as objective as possible but they are clearly operating in bad faith And they want me to send an email to them Please do your job and look it up Stay away from this shady business

Awful experience with them
Made an appointment added my credit card info received a confirmation for the booking and then the salon was closed Alright well I assumed I would not be charged as the appointment obviously never happened but I was wrong and the charge went through There is no way to contact them in the app website which is absurd but I did see their email over here so I sent an email asking for my 50 euros back Got a response back call the salon and ask them I never had any contact with the salon so it absolutely not my responsibility to make sure they are not charging me for being closed TLDR scam Call the place you want to book directly and pay there don t use this service
