All is good

I purchased through wowcher 2 x Salix Flamingo Trees They were due on the 15th of April and arrived on 22nd I read reviews and feared the worst I was surprised when the trees arrived and I was even more surprised when I took them out of the box They are green healthy and the root base was moist I also ordered 4 x Buxus with containers These were due before April 25th and arrived today April 25th Again tentatively I opened the boxes I was really pleasantly surprised 4 healthy plants moist bases well packaged The plant containers are horrid plastic and not big enough However I had no expectation for them Having read the reviews I really didn t expect what I got I have to say I am very happy with my plants

It s not all bad be patient covid19

After reading all the negative reviews I must say I was concerned I had ordered 2 salix flamingos and 1 cordyline palm as with everyone else I was e mailed saying my order was dispatched but the tracking number did not work I contacted the courier and they said they had no parcels for me so nervously I just waited The flamingos turned up a week before the palm which turned up on the day they said all trees looked a little shocked but considering they had been in a box in a van for days the seem to be doing ok So overall I am happy the price was very good my only criticism is customer care but given the current situation I think that has to be taken into cosideration

Lovely healthy palm tree

Although delivery was later than anticipated by almost a week the giant palm tree was packaged up well and arrived in excellent condition Great tree for great price All I can suggest is be patient it will arrive

Puzzled

Having read most of the reviews about Plantstore I am left extremely puzzled I have not experienced any problems with the plants bought through Wowcher all of which have arrived on time and in fantastic condition Perennials wall flowers yellow magnolia standard roses acacia mimosa all looking very healthy with good roots and moist My only slight niggle is that half of the perennials were minus labels so I have no idea what they are but only a minor snag and they appear to be growing well So thank you Plantstore I look forward to receiving 6 rose bushes shortly and continue doing business with you

I ordered 2 minature lilac trees from Plant Store on the Go Groupie WON T EVER BUY ANYTHING VIA GO GROUPIE EVER AGAIN DUE TO ANOTHER SITUATION HOWEVER I was surprised this morning when the plants were delivered and are what looks to be healthy plants There did seem to be a long delay but when I emailed Plantstore they gave me a full explanation as to the delay being due to the Covid19 The were totally honest and clear I admit I was nervous when I looked at the reviews after I purchased But I m very very happy I ll wait and see how they go though

Really happy with plant received Have read a lot of negative reviews especially after I had completed the order I know meant to do it the other way round so was really worried at what I was going to receive but very happy Good delivery time packaging and value

Ordered through Wowcher

I ordered 2 Topiary Buxus Plants through Wowcher but only read the reviews after so wasn t holding out much hope of them arriving The status on Wowcher still said redeemed even after the delivery date passed and I received no updates whether the order had been processed or dispatched However the next day the plants arrived The box was damaged but the plants were ok just a little dry I wanted to leave a positive review to show that our delivery arrived and the plants were fine Only given 4 stars due to lack of status update and late delivery

Credit where due

Credit where due The only reason I knocked a star off was a lack of communication I had not heard anything for a few days after ordering through Wowcher so I contacted Plantstore They responded the same day telling me they had my order details and should expect a delivery time in the next few days I heard nothing but the plants arrived a few days after The plants look healthy and were the correct height I am happy I got what I ordered and would order again

Will definitely use again

I have changed my review to 4 star since The Plantstore did eventually come through It took a while to receive my refund due to covid 19 we don t actually know what is going on behind the scenes and perhaps I should have been a little more patient The Plantstore will refund for legitimate reasons if plenty of evidence is presented in good time Because they did the right thing in the end I will use The Plantstore again only this time I will go direct and not through Wowcher as this hampers any issues that might arise
