Should call themselves twig store

Bought a pair of Magnolia patio trees in July 2020 via Wowcher They arrived as bare root twigs as expected - they were planted and cared for using the instructions provided It is now the end of April 2021 and there is still no sign of growth at all - they are still twigs I contacted both Wowcher Plant Store Eventually after much hounding Wowcher said they would message Plant Store - I am expecting contact from them tomorrow Not going to hold my breath Pay a bit extra from a real company garden centre who care about customers

The company has cheated me by sending a dead plant and not responding to any queries thereafter Looks like a bogus fraud company Please stay away Not sure how the government allows such fraudulent company to be trading They dont deserve any stars Dont know how submit review without giving any stars

Terrible do not waste your money

Terrible do not waste your money Ordered a few plants from them using a Wowcher deal the plants arrived damaged and not as advertised The image used to advertise the deal was completely misleading When I contacted Plantstore I was told there was nothing wrong with the plants and they would not offer a refund although it was well within the 14 day no quibble return window Would not touch with a barge pole again

yet another scam company who use the Wowcher platform to sell I received a withered 3ft cordyline in dreadful condition which retails at 9 99 in most garden centres which they sell as a 5-6ft mature Cordyline and fob off in their advertising this is a 149 99 An absolute joke am raising a complaint with all concerned Yes reading other reviews clearly I ve been conned

PLEASE STAY WELL CLEAR

PLEASE STAY WELL CLEAR I ordered a 70 palm tree through woucher and It never arrived Three months later it still isn t here and woucher had the cheek to try give me a credit note to use on their site Apparently the money is now being refunded into bank from woucher but I have had no correspondence whatsoever from plant store and myself and woucher have contacted them on several occasions with not one word back I think this is a scam

Not at all as described and do not answer emails or calls

I ordered two Magnolia trees - one twig arrived - basically a stick with two little sticks coming off it - 19 99 each The twig was dead I ve sent much correspondence over many weeks and still not received any communication and obviously no refund Avoid this company - purchased through GoGroopie - they re not much better at communication

They have not supplied as per described and despite many complaint emails There has been no replyI strongly suggest that everyone should stay away from this company and follow my lead by asking your credit card company to claw back your payment under the trading standard not as sold

Dodgy business that everyone should avoid

Ordered a XXL Canary Date Palm via Wowcher with a delivery before 25 May 2022 After purchasing from Wowcher I am then asked to purchase delivery Goods have still not arrived and no information from this company Appears they take your money but do not deliver the goods Trying to resolve this through Wowcher but they are messing me around and the seller does not provide any information Stay away from this business

Absolute shocking after sales service

Absolute shocking after sales service Ordered 2 Topiary Buxus and when delivered were of very very poor standard Company asked for pictures to be provided which have been I compared it to advertised picture I even included a 10 one bought from B M which was much higher quality and looks like a topiary buxus bush Company have not replied to further emails PLEASE DONT BUY FROM PLANTSTORE

Sooooo bad

Sooooo bad I ordered 2 sets of buxus plants via wowcher the first were set were smaller than expected but looks wise absolutely fine however the second set was an absolute disgrace I can t believe the plants passed quality control as one of plants was dead and the other was butchered and nothing like the pics When complaining and sending pictures of the dead plant I got told that the plants are yet to grow and are exactly as they expect So they expect to sell dead plants Such poor customer service
