Please avoid buying plants from here I bought via Wowcher 80 on 2 palms plus 25 delivery badly wrapped in black plastic so tight that the plants were so badly damaged basically suffocated wowcher are hopelessly sorting this out this company ignored emails from me only way is trying to recover the money from PayPal which I m still waiting on the outcome please avoid

Unfortunately I ordered four plants off Wowcher and then read reviews The plants arrived in 3 separate deliveries none of them were in great condition and one pussy willow tree is shockingly sparse while the Torbay palm has multiple dead ends Wish I d shopped locally and viewed before I bought

Bought a Tri colour Hibiscus Tree with a Wowcher voucher in early June plant still looks like a dead twig Plant store will not refund or send another plant even after Wowcher has contacted them Do not buy plants from them as it is pot luck if they arrive alive

Only wish I would have read the reviews before purchasing a cordyline palm via voucher much the same comments as others re the palm nothing like the image and shorter than guaranteed in the description I will never use this company again After so much negative feedback its about time Woucher takes action This compamy is simply conning people by selling substandard goods

Plants arrived much smaller than stated and soil loose so just dug up and plonked in pots for delivery planters also awful and not suitable for the plants Will never order via wowcher again as could have got similar for cheaper at garden centre given the size that I d recieved not as advertised Avoid

Why is wowcher still selling vouchers for this company

I unfortunately I didn t read the reviews I received my plant today with many leaves dead so don t think it ll last too long Very disappointed with the height it s much smaller than advertised too By the reviews I ve just read there doesn t seem to be any point in complaining as you get nowhere Thanks wowcher why are you still selling vouchers for this company PLANTSTORECaroline Marshall

Avoid vouchers for Plantstore - your plants will be poor

Wish I had known that Plantstore would fulfill the Livingsocial voucher for two magnolias Neither flourished despite proper preparation of the ground the appropriate compost and a careful watering schedule One developed a wilt of some sort within a few weeks and the other followed after initially seeming OK Very poor value Avoid Plantstore at all costs and avoid what seem to be bargain vouchers for plants You re right when you think they are too good to be true Terrible waste of money

Avoid at all cost

I bought a plant through Wowcher and when it arrived it was not as advertised After looking on Plantstores website tge same plant was 20 cheaper Customer Service did nothing but advise I could return to them by carrier at my own expense Not the good deal they advertised Will not buy from them again
