Well I m somewhat surprised

Well I m somewhat surprised After ordering two palm plants from the plant store va Living Social site and then reading the reviews here I know that I should of done things in the opposite order The majority of the reviews were negative and worrying and I thought that I would have to go for a refund with difficulty However at 1pm today 3rd June 2019 the plants arrived in good condition and delivered on the said date Happy Chappy

Pleasant Surprise

After reading the reviews on here i expected my fruit trees to be dead twigs when they arrived but i was in for a pleasant surprise The six mini trees that came were all healthy and had buds on them the roots were wrapped in cling film with a ball of soil to keep them moist all came in a strong cardboard box I would have given 5 stars but knocked one off for slow delivery

Feared the worst

Ordered 2 Washington palm trees and did not get delivery Read reviews and feared I had lost all hope of getting anything I contacted couriers who had claimed they had delivered they responded and informed to get in touch with Plantstore They replied immediately and sent out duplicate order which arrived 2 days later Cannot fault service

Plant Store Service and Delivery

Bought four patio Rose trees and despite two not thriving have had excellent after sales service through Plant Store website and have accepted refund The plants are identified as coming from cold store and may not look as those in advert so arrived as expected They were delivered on time and well packaged Based on this I would use again

Rather pleased after all the waiting and no response despite numerous emails to them

OK I ordered the Felix flamingo trees and the giant cordyline austrails via Wowcher Both items arrived a week or so late and I did fear the worse with the reviews But I have to say I m pleased overall The felix trees are not bushy as pictured but will develop nicely into the summer The palm is really great Must be 5 foot plus and appears nice and healthy I d post photos but can t seem to

Iv made 3 purchases with plantstore and I have to say 2 out 3 where excellent the 2 bay trees are my favourites wish I could put a picture of them on here in there new pots amazing quality in second place are the 2 topiary buxus which are another great buy and complete value and in my own choice of pot again look the business 3 place are the cypress trees which one is good the other seems to be struggling but still nice and green iv had a few problems with wowcher with other items but for me I carn t fault plantestore and will use again if I see something I like

My god Good feedback for them no really

Ok I ll be completely honest I had got myself fired up for a 1 star review However as a person that does not for plantstore gardening express or for Chris Bonnett in anyway shape or form I bought the plant for my better half for mother s day from the kids It didn t arrive by 11th March as stated and had to raise a case with Wowcher thus losing 1 star off the review that the fact its 4 10 tall not the 5-6ft giant plant I saw advertised bought It arrived today 5 days late but in a much better condition than the majority of reviews here had It was wrapped well yes the soil was dry but that s not an issue a quick watering didn t solve in 30 seconds It has a few brown tips but this happens to a lot of plants I m gobsmacked to be honest I m leaving a positive feedback but here I am happy with what I I recieved It seems hit miss what you get so can t say every will be happy with their purchase

Bought 2 magnolia trees through wowcher

Bought 2 magnolia trees through wowcher and although not quiet 4 feet as described they both had healthy root systems and yes they don t look like the picture but what do you expect for 30 with delivery Both now planted and now care and time will tell if they eventually grow Update Both trees are growing very well with lots of shoots and leafs

Lots of negative reviews which are probably justified I ve recently had a bad experience with WoWcher on another item but in this case with Plantstore through WoWcher all seems ok i e 2 Annabelle plants arrived I m not much of a plant man but let s see what happens -

Ordered Sunday recieved Thursday X2 washington robustas actully slightly larger than advertised so chuffed although they were wrapped together and a leaf snapped the box was damaged but I m happy with my purchase tbh I can see a lot of negativity but I m just glad mine were good can t leave a picture as I d leave a few
