Having purchased through wowcher I wasn t sure what would happen after reading reviews my plants were due to arrive on the 18th August but never did I left it a few days before contacting them After a few days they responded to email apologising about delay and said they would arrive befor the 26 th August today 22nd August they arrived and were exactly as described thank you plant store fantastic service and will be buying again

These have just arrived They were well packaged wrapped up in black plastic One is at least 6f and the other 5f They are in great condition and we are thrilled We were a bit worried about the negative reviews But if you buy plants in the winter you cant expect them to look as they would in the height of summer Maybe us getting them at the start of spring when they have already had the dead leaves from the year before cut off and new ones are growing makes for a better looking plant Who would have thought that might be the case

Giant Palm from Wowcher personally I had no problem so much so i purchased a second one It was a foot shorter than advertised but that s ok

NEVER BUY a pair of tricolour hibiscus

I bought a pair of tricolour hibiscus trees very early in the spring and when I received them they looked dead They wanted me to send pictures which I did and photoed a scratch test They have said it takes a while for them to wake up but these are definitely dead as after 4 months there is no life and no reply from plant store SHALL NEVER BUY FROM THEM AGAIN
