Absolutely dreadful product since some update got installed and their introduction of 2-step authentication earlier this month I just got a support email saying that Pleo doesn t recognise FREE email APs i e Gmail aparently it thinks Outlook is free also - oi beg to differ as it is not a free AP from Microsoft and i can t two-factor authenticate with that email application either The support person hasn t a clue and we are going to cancel if we don t get this sorted if i charged by the hour the time it has taken to try to resolve this this last week We can t buy anything using Pleo now online as it asks for you to log into the Pleo Ap to confirm your purchase Can t book a hotel can t buy goods - nightmare Something has gone wrong with this and it seems to be since they did a software update last week
