Missing funds

My missing funds issue was resolved today Ultimately the problem was down to their bank and not Pleo Thanks to Nataliia for being patient with us and assisting

Fraud dealt with

Josef dealt with 2 fraudulents transactions thankfully we got all the mnoies back though one took ages thanks to Ebay terms

Good and easy to use Overall a great platform to manage business expenditure keeping it up to date in real time and avoiding the nee to collate receipt hard copies

Im very happy with pleo

Im very happy with pleo It s makes your travel expenses a lot easier To improve i would suggest that wenn the admin makes a note in your ticket That you can answer directly to the admin Now it isn t possible

Expensive but great product

Really great product that solves a lot of hassles for smaller companies without accounting departments But I do think its too expensive for early startups

Easy to use

We have used Pleo for some time and several of our clients use it as well It is easy to use and if we have had any issues we have contacted our partner manager Fred Gail who has been really helpful For a while we didn t have a partner manager that we were able to get in contact with But Fred is really good at helping when we need it

Resolved issue

This would be a mixed review as the issue possibly stemmed from Pleo in the first place But Valeria who I dealt with today was very good in her direction and we were able to resolve the issue albeit over 3 hours Thank you

Pleo just makes expenses easy

Pleo just makes expenses easy to manage I almost always use the mobile app both to manage my own expenses and to approve others It just works Simple and easy One nag is that when reviewing others expenses to approve I have to review them latest first If I skip the latest eg because it hasn t got a receipt attached yet and review the next it then takes me back to the latest expense which I have to skip again and so on

Pleo easy to recommend for international companies

Pleo gives us good flexibility across many international operations Easy to manage and in sum a time saving and efficient product Some minor technical issues from time to time reflecting that it is still a relatively new and fresh product But good response times
