Job was a mystery overflow issue Highly professional and thorough Found the source of the leak and resolved it with a clear explanation of the issues leading to it HIGHLY RECOMMEND and will use again in fact I took out the maintenance contract as it would be good to know that this quality of work could be done even in an emergency

Feeling that I have been taken for a ride

I I had to call Plumb Squad on Saturday to locate water leaks from my flat to the flat below It was an emergency Their chap Thomas Carroll came He looked under the bath and declared that the area is dried In less than 5 minutes he declared by pointing the shower hose at the glass screen that the leaks were from one gap between the shower glass screen and the bath I questioned why so much water could be coming from the defective shower screen and asked if he could spend more time to investigate He said that there was no point as the leak was clearly coming from the shower screen At no point he attempted to isolate the various tapes and drains to investigate the source of the leaks I installed a temporary shower curtain over the glass screen That area was therefore totally water tight The next morning a very angry neighbour called to say water is still coming to his flat I called Plumb Squad again and Thomas answered that he was busy on Sunday but WILL return on Monday I texted Thomas Carroll to ask what time he intended on coming Needless to say I received no reply and also he failed to show up To cut a long story short I had to ask another plumbing firm to investigate and locate the leak The new firm located and fixed the leak as coming from behind the shower control unit The new plumber remarked that he failed to understand why Plumb Squad was not able to locate the leak and also the amount of water going down to my neighbour could not have come from a gap between the shower screen and the bath

Unprofessional and Unorganised

Did not turn up on two separate occasions with no communication The company owner Tom seems to think it is acceptable to send rude WhatsApp messages instead of answering the phone I would not recommend very unprofessional and unorganised

480 down the drain

Thomas came a month ago as water pressure on boiler playing up Charged 480 to power flush radiators Tenant called last weekend to say boiler had stopped working completely We tried to contact Tom on mobile text and website Radio silence He subsequently complained that we d tried to contact him on the weekend even though his website offers this service Then refused to look at the boiler or try and resolve it Consequently just spent another 2300 on getting issue diagnosed plus new boiler and installation with another plumber Needless to say we re not happy with the indifference shown under the circumstances and thought it best to leave this review

Very dishonest unprofessional Damaged our property badly - apparently uninsured false billing for materials We had a very bad experience with Thomas We hired him because he gave the impression of being honest and hard working The job was to move our heaters and lay new piping Unfortunately he deceived us badly Punched through the ceiling when doing the plumbing job damaging the electric system Admitted they were at fault and promised to fix the damage But he never did No answer to our calls only abusive messages Asked him to report this to his insurance to cover any costs - no reply which leads us to believe is uninsured Billing for materials seemed to high so checked with the supplier Supplier quotes considerably lower prices so he apparently overcharged us Now of course refuses to provide copies of the invoices In our experience Thomas is very dishonest and unprofessional

Overcharged me for a new Boiler He never gives you the full itinerary-and fits a cheaper model for a full price Plus the boiler was faulty and he never filled out the validation record Totally dishonest
