Do not buy Plus Cases has misleading advertisement The one day shipping on all orders claim is false and if you ask customer service why your order took 2 weeks they will say that popular items are the expectation I ordered a case for an iPhone over two generations behind the current version The one day shipping is fake The case itself does not seal and the audio port is missing after it was clearly advertised for having one Cases advertised for wireless charging is also false too

Avoid this place Support replied to me almost instantly when I asked a question about the product Placed my order a week ago with expedited shipping and suddenly it s 100 quiet Another questionable thing I noticed after making my purchase was their listed inventory The numbers must be randomly generated as all colors of a product always have the same number And the number will grow and shrink at random Really wish I read reviews before ordering I hope google removes them from top results

Terrible customer service Wish I had read these reviews before ordering I ordered and received a 10000 charger but wanted to exchange it for a 4800ma charger due to the bulk and weight of the 10k version I received initial correspondence but it was clear that the responder was challenged comprehending English I followed up with three emails with no response

Purchased 2 battery cases for iphone 14 in middle of September Never shipped Attempts to contact company this week have gone unanswered Their company phone goes to message stating they are no longer taking in-person calls due to Covid No response to emails Had to call credit card company to dispute charge Also their emailed invoice didn t add CA sales tax like most legit companies do DO NOT DO ANY BUSINESS WITH PLUS CASES I believe they are now a total scam
