RohitTim as I have checked that you have passed PMP exam and you have certificate for PMP so you don t need to pay for exam suddenly they cancel the exam wow what a scam pmi RohitTim as I have checked that your exam was on January 12 2024 12 33 PM IST - 2 and your exam score got cancelled Invalidated Security Failed and we can not refund your exam fee because you have taken exam this is pmi I strongly suspect that PMI s actions are a scam to collect exam fees repeatedly I demand immediate issuance of my certificate or a refund of my exam fees without delay

A Frustrating Journey with PMI The Elusive Disciplined Agile Scrum Master Certificate
In 2021 I earned my Disciplined Agile Scrum Master DASM credential from the Project Management Institute PMI marking a significant milestone in my professional journey Little did I know that obtaining a tangible proof of my achievement would become an ordeal that extended into subsequent years Initially reaching out to PMI through email to acquire my certification I encountered the first hurdle the inability to access the certificate online This prompted multiple attempts to contact them for assistance only to be met with an unsettling silence The lack of response persisted until I reluctantly abandoned my efforts Fast forward to 2023 when the need for my DASM credential arose for a new job opportunity Hoping for a resolution I called and emailed PMI once again only to receive a shocking revelation my certification had supposedly expired and I was urged to retake the exam This perplexing news sparked a series of frustrating exchanges where I vehemently insisted that I never received the certificate in the first place Despite my attempts to communicate the core issue PMI remained unyielding in their stance Persistence on my part continued until I reluctantly resigned to the apparent impasse The saga persisted into 2024 as I found myself in a recurring loop of unhelpful responses from PMI Frustration peaked when after presenting evidence that I was never able to access my certificate the institute s communication remained consistently unresponsive and dismissive of the real problem The inability to acquire a tangible proof of my certification coupled with PMI s unyielding insistence on a reexamination that seemed unnecessary has left me not only without the sought-after credential but also deeply frustrated with the institute s lack of understanding and resolution The experience raises serious questions about the efficiency and customer-centric approach of PMI s certification processes leaving me with an unsettling and disappointing perspective on an organization that should ideally support and empower its certified professionals

Awful experience overall and customer service was just the cherry on top
I was taking my PMP exam yesterday and about an hour into the 4 hour exam the system froze and my exam was revoked When contacted PMI support after 40min wait they were completely unhelpful They told me my only option is to repay and reschedule the exam They are just looking to make more money They do not care about their customers or their education I only wish I read the reviews and online proctored exam horror stories before putting money into this pit on prep course study hall exam and membership Beware Sad I have to give this place a star

The worst experience I have ever had with PMI PMI just Revoked my Exam without giving me any Reason or scouse and when I mailed them they asked for payment and saying pay exam fees again to take the exam because they are just looking to earn the money by scamming the people but no response from their side

The absolute worst site experience They make it so difficult to report your PDU s purposely so that you are forced to take the paid option they provide The chatbot are frustrating and the customer service even worse Its time for a collective boycott of this site I am at a point where its not worth the hassle to report PDUs

Spend considerable time studying for my CAPM and booked my exam using Pearson Vue Tested my computer and logged on to the system After 13 attempts two computers two locations and countless emails to both Pearson Vue and PMI still haven t taken my exam as Pearson Vue can t see my video feed apparently Pearson Vue state you can take an exam in person as well but every testing centre on their site doesn t facilitate CAPM Fear that I will have to ask for a refund and accept that I will never take the exam The most horrendous customer service I have ever experienced and I regret ever starting this sorry course

CAPM course is nonsensical
The CAPM exam and course is totally arbitrary and nonsensical You learn NOTHING useful just a bunch of without-rhyme-or-reason rules I won t go into specific details of what the class actually contains lest I violate copyrights or leak sensitive info But I ll use an analogy to describe what it s like It s like being given an exam and asked What is the one and only appropriate brand of peanut butter to use for a peanut butter and jelly sandwich and the multiple choice selection is 1 Jif 2 Skippy s 3 Smucker s And you re told that Skippy s is the ONLY correct answer even though the other two options are perfectly suitable and accurate as well That s what the whole experience with PMI was like I passed the 23-hour course and exam but it was totally arbitrary ridiculous and didn t teach me a single useful thing You pay a lot of money and learn nothing valuable

Avoid Terrible experience
Avoid Been waiting 3 months for access to correct materials but still don t have access I chase them daily weekly and every time I get false promises that it will be sorted and it is being investigated Every excuse they give I provide them with information or evidence and still nothing happens On each call they tell me that I have provided what they need and it will be sorted within 2-3 days Escalations mean nothing I am apparently at the highest point of escalation but I might as well be at the lowest Not one to complain usually but it is absolutely beyond a joke Awful
