Very efficient company ordered channel drainage which arrived the next day Its a shame I wasn t prompted to purchase an outlet fitting for 3 60 when I placed my order as now have had to pay 12 96 postage A bit excessive I feel for a small piece of plastic

Ordered just one channel and an end stop placed the order then realised I needed two end stops I phoned the company who rang me back and send they would ammend the order and they sent an link for me to pay Amazed that the items arrived the next day before lunch and I only asked for standard delivery Excellent service and extremely good telephone service

I ordered some drainage channels from this company which were delivered very promptly However the product turned out not to be suitable for my project Polychannel customer service were very responsive by email in dealing with my returns request and arranged for collection of the product for fair shipping cost The product was collected on a day to suit me and I was refunded promptly Overall I was very happy with the service I received
