This is the first time I have purchased an above ground pool and I was a little apprehensive My concerns were laid to rest when I received the Sterling pool in just a few short days The pool is a very nice quality pool One of the boxes was damaged during shipment but Renee B at Pool Warehouse Customer Service was fantastic and Renee worked with the pool manufacturer and the replacement was shipped out to me quickly Everything arrived super fast and I was very happy with every aspect of the purchase Communication was top notch from start to finish from Renee B Renee clearly is passionate about Customer Service I would highly recommend purchasing from Pool Warehouse

I worked with Baily at Poolwarehouse com to replace my inground pool cover I did not have the old cover to use as a template so I was sent a form and provided all the required measurements Pool Warehouse beat other prices and the cover came in on time and the fit was great Thank you
