I wish there was a no star option

Beware of this website if you live abroad It is impossible to register in order to pay your bills online A phone number that does not connect useless chat Unable to pay my Italian Council Taxes online which are due on 16th June Very frustrating experience

This is ridiculous

I wish there was a no star option I posted a small A6 size parcel at the beginning of October to arrive in Florence by December It still hasn t arrived Paid extra I could have driven the parcel there delivered it myself and driven back to the UK in the time it has taken so far It depends who looks or handles a parcel in Italy whether they charge you extra tax even when it s been paid already It s a disgraceful unreliable and corrupt service Don t use it Just transfer the money from bank you bank and let the recipient treat themselves Just confirms how spoilt we are with our postal service in the UK

This is ridiculous I sent a REGISTERED AND INSURED letter from Netherlands to Italy about 2 weeks ago Sent on 4 th Feb arrived on Italy on 5 th Feb Today is 15 Feb and the letter is still not delivered One of the worst company I have ever seen I will avoid to send something with them anymore I will use couriers from nie on to Italy Bad really bad

I am hoping with all my heart that Poste Italiane will default and fail so that a new service provider will acquire the business and cut the ton of useless stuff as well as streamline the outdated business Shipping a packet from Milan to Rome takes as long as doing the World Tour It s impossible to hate their service more than I do

Very bad service

Very bad service The package arrived from China and it had the correct address on it After arriving in Italy they put a different address and I had to go 1h away to get my package

Avoid Them

Liars No one can tell you where your package is even when you have a tracking And they don t care either Rude people They never leave a note email or text saying where the package might be held How could a great country like Italy have such a corrupt post system

Incompetent fraudulent unreachable

Having lived in more than 5 countries I have never experienced a more incompetent national postal service Their customer service is non-existent and you can never get through to anyone on the phone To emails they do not respond I have been waiting for two packages that were out for delivery and supposedly attempted delivery I work from home so was home at all times but there was never an attempt to deliver No note was left as to where to collect the package either It will likely now be sent back to the sender After paying for the service this is fraudulent activity Avoid at all costs

Worst possible service I ever had to deal with I purchased a product and shipped it directly to my office like I always do They claim to have attempted to deliver on 9 12 2022 at 3 20 pm which is false because I and all my colleagues were there at that time and no one rang Then on 12 12 2022 they say the package is going back to the sender without any other attempt or notification being sent When I try to contact them it s impossible through any channel of communication This is not the first time unfortunately that Poste Italiane show how incompetent and unorganized they really are

BE AWARE ITALIAN POST OFFICE S ARE THEAFE IF YOU SHIP ITEM INTERNATIONALLY TO ITALY YOUR ITEM 90 GETS LOST THEY STEAL YOUR ITEM AND WILL SCAN THAT YOUR ITEMS IS ON THE WAY SOMEWHERE ELSE AND THEN ITS DIFFICULT TO PROVE THAT WHERE IS YOUR ITEM EXACTLY THEY ARE A REAL THEAFE NO ONE THEN IS RESPONSIBLE FOR THAT WATCH OUT DONT SHIP ITEM TO ITALY SHAME ON THEM

With me it went well Order from Italy to Portugal delivered in 13 days It wasn t very fast but it wasn t bad at all
