Unfortunately my parcel has been stuck in a distribution centre for 2 months I ve emailed several times now they want my bank details Um no way Ive given up how sad that they get away with this My parcel was suppose to delivered to Australia There is no way Australia post would do how dodgy is Poste Italia

Just a few words - staff are rude unwilling to help have no customer care qualities palm you off as quickly as possible inadequate incompetent staff Staff should be better educated to provide a good customer service who s in charge of these people

You don t even deserve 1 star absolute corrupt organisation Me and my wife sent our wedding pictures to her parents in Italy and 15 days after us posting them they still haven t received them How can such a corrupt neglectful organisation still be allowed to operate in 2023 Wake up people this is 100 wrong If I could ve got away with giving 0 stars that is exactly what I would give My wife s parents were unable to attend our wedding in England so the photos were the next best thing but totally ruined by Italian post

Didn t receive my package just like everyone else was ready to go international on 22nd and it stopped updating me and sender so the people working there clearly stole them based on everyone else s experiences Will advise any ebay sellers to never use this crap again fix your stuff Pathetic around Christmas too

This is 2nd post as an update The Poste Italiane is the aweful company my parcel was sent on 18 July and tracking update stopped on 22 July contacted them several times Started to communicated on email with them 3 August 3 times of correspondence and gave them detail sent receipt of parcel Suddenly stopped to reply me since 6 days ago I m sure it s missed in Italy and someone stole it Poste Italiane is aweful rubbish company People should NOT use them

Lost package
I sent a package for my aunt in Italy with Christmas gifts and candy for Christmas The package never arrived but has been marked with problems on the Italian homesite After many attempts of contacting the post office they finally said that the package is damaged and will never be delivered Those informations have never been communicated

The worst service someone can get They don t even try to deliver packages it is always no receiver at home and they don t even ring the bell or use mobile contact to rich you All you can get from customer service is a robot They only have nice buildings And this is from someone that comes from a poor country like Macedonia Believe me back home are nicer and harder working people than here It is a shame for a country like Italy

How about this one They stole almost everything out of my package filled it with children s clothes what the hell and that s what I received So they handpicked the items they wanted of mine then to make the weight the same as written on the document they put in some super cheap clothes that I m sure they probably stole from someone else s package

I m so annoyed
I m so annoyed I m still waiting on my package which was sent the 6th of december from Italy to Denmark The only info I can get is the shipment is in progress so I have no idea how far the package is and I can t search for it or do anything It would be really nice with some more info about the journey of the package so I could get a little at ease
