Order still hasn t arrived after 3 weeks Tried three times to get in touch via chat and website form but heard nothing back Customer service is non-existent

Lack of Customer Service Communication

Shocking customer service I have sent 3 messages on the website for someone to contact me regarding a refund and have had no response I would not recommend purchasing from Poster Store The items even took over two weeks to arrive

Ordered posters twice as both times

Ordered posters twice as both times they arrived creased Who wants creased posters from top to bottom I am waiting for a refund and will not be ordering from this company again

Absolutely rubbish quality

Absolutely rubbish quality print was faded and printed onto paper I could buy I could ve done a better job on my home computer not to mention took ages to deliver Will not be using this website again And I strongly recommend no one else does

Waste of money

Waste of money - do not buy from here The quality of the paper is so poor it feels like standard printing paper This causes the print to have a ripple effect in the frame as it isn t strong enough Do not recommend

Terrible packaging was undone when it arrived but luckily not damaged The photo shelf is ok but no covers on the screw holes is a bit disappointing

The posters are of terrible quality just a fuzzy photograph stretched onto the paper no lamination Why do you take that kind of money You should at least take the trouble and for that kind of money make a normal package in the form of a tube and not just stuff it into a box It was delivered in 2 weeks although the terms indicated are 3-6 days Horrible from quality to service

Update on previous post - Still awaiting delivery of items - I want to cancel but try getting hold of these guys - No ChanceThey have my contact details but just can t be bothered to make contact - Very poor serviceJust avoid them -

Beware they take payment but dont send the goods

I purchased a personalised print frame The print arrived but no frame No contact number for poster store no way to speak to someone to resolve the matter I have filled in a form online but not heard anything back Online chat always says no one available they will contact me in 4 working days That s not good enough They have taken my money but not sent the goods so now it looks like i am out of pocket and will have to buy a frame else where as no way of getting a refund Advised to contact customer services is my reply to my review If they actually read it properly it says I have done but no one has replied I have filled out in line forms tried online chat via social media but NO REPLYS
