Order not received - Avoid

Order not received - Slow at shipping just like last time - Not what I would regard as value as initial frames are not robust and half of the frames were out of square with gaps at joints - Poor experience all roundPS - No direct customer services for contact - Obviously too expensive to deal with the complaints I won t order from them again

The poster that I received looked nowhere near the one shown on the promotional picture The company didn t even bother to deal with my claim

Poor delivery and jointing

Poor delivery - Frames for large posters such as 700x500 are too flimsy and fall apart - Joints are just lightly glued not pined or stapled Had to undertake alteration works - time and money to make it work as manufacturer can t be bothered to engineer adequately Smaller prints are finePS - Poster Store - this is not the first complain and in advance don t respond with your normal mundane meaningless ineffective tripe - I don t expect to have to send you photos or send back the faulty frames - You should get it right in the first place

Wrong Item

Received no email confirmation then was informed there was an issue with delivery then recieved the wrong item Customer service no help - just repeating that the order is correct 10 to return for refund Would not recommend

still awaiting some response for replacement frame as delivered badly damaged due to lack of packaging 6 days since I sent first e mail to inform them item damaged with attached picture of damage Sent 5 more e mails asking for a response REPLY Please be patient we are really busy STILL NO UPDATE WILL HAVE LOST A GOOD CUSTOMER IF ISSUE NOT SORTED A S A P

I ordered 5 prints that all came with white borders around them so what was expected to be a 30x40cm picture was actually more like 20x30cm This is explained in the description so I ll therefore take this as a lesson learnt However now I want to return the items and the system does not recognise me with my email and order number I ve messaged postersure a few days ago and had no response so my overall experience has been pretty poor I am adding a review in an attempt to get a response so that I can return the items Every way of contacting them is difficult - even live chat is a bot that says nobody is available Additionally returns cost 10 and with the initial delivery costs I will lose around 20 So essentially I have paid 20 for nothing

poor customer service and no quality control

i ordered a couple of prints with picture hooks which were packed together in a thin cardboard envelope The posters were all twisted and creased and are only fit for the bin Aside from this the printing on the posters is poor I am still waiting for customer services to deal with my claim and have only received a generic email to say they are very busy and to be patient Perhaps if quality control was better customer service would be a little less busy order no is 3466146

I m very disappointed

I m very disappointed My order delivery is more than a week overdue I haven t received any follow up email since I took the order I messaged them online supposedly responding within 24 hours again way overdue and not be able to contact them otherwise Very frustrating I m contacting my bank in the next few days to get my money back Thank you to get in touch with me eventually I would have really appreciate an update without commenting on this on trustpilot My details are on my order as required Do you still need assistance
