Why did I have to pay using Klarna and why was this not made clear

The posters I ordered are nice and arrived quite quickly and nicely packaged However I was unhappy to find that I paid through Klarna - even though I paid upfront this could have a negative impact on my credit score If I had realised I would not have made the purchase Also although I collected my parcel from the Post Office 10 days ago I am still receiving reminders to go and pick it up

Frame looks nice but couldn t open the back to put the picture in an in doing this broke off one of the metal catches A set of instructions how to open the back would have been helpful

Delivery issues with poor customer service but ultimately solved

I have not received my item two weeks after the order was placed The Evri tracking has not changed for 11 days Poster Store support does not exist - I have tried to contact them twice and just been told my case will be followed up Edit following this review a replacement has been sent Edit replacement received quickly which was nice Poster print as expected Would have given better review if customer service had responded to contacting them directly

It s okay I expected a bit better quality print and paper

It was ok Pros nice selection of pictures and sizes delivered as expected Very lovely when framed Cons think these are mire prints not posters they are more like the ones you can print at home if you have a good printer rather than the ones you used to buy in music stores The Black Friday prices were the usual prices One small black spot on the snowy owl Three stars from me

Unfortunately I didn t ever receive my prints Evri where terrible as usual they had them held them and then decided to send them back to the sender However the poster store themselves shipped them out quickly and the customer service I received when complaining was good and prompt

Slow customer service response to missing poster

The posters were exactly as described and well packaged Unfortunately one of the posters was missing and it took a long time to illicit a response from customer service including three attempts by email and a chat bot via the website Registering an official complaint seemed the only way to get a result The problem was eventually resolved with a poster sent out to finally complete the order Such a pity it took so long

Bit disappointed this time

Bit disappointed this time printing of large posters with big splashes of black are not well printed black looks faded and slightly speckled not a solid black Previous experiences have been good but this time a defo could be better

Poster was smaller than expected and not a particular good reproduction as the colour was not very strong The package arrived somewhat battered but the poster inside was ok

The picture frames arrived damaged as the packaging is flimsy The claims team responded quickly sending rerplacement goods but again in a box made of thin cardboard which again was damaged Fortunately the frames inside where undamaged Please poster store use bubble wrap or sturdier card on your parcels so goods arrive intact

I am still waiting for my prints nearly

I am still waiting for my prints nearly 3 weeks later I received a confirmation email and the money left my bank but there s been no further emails about tracking or delivery since then I have since followed up with 2 emails asking where my prints are and had no response Please reach out to get this sorted
