POSTER PURCHASE

Would have given 5 stars but didn t realise that the company is based in mainland Europe But all things considered when I enquired about the reasons why my purchase was delayed accepted and totally understood at this time of year deliveries will take longer Extremely pleased with my purchase and would definitely buy again from the company

Initially unhappy but outcome good

I ordered 4 posters and had email confirmation of this I then was told one was out of stock but my despatch notice had the 4 posters on it Checking my bank details I was only charged for 3 I wrote saying I was not pleased as I needed 4 posters and was now faced with ordering an alternative and paying additional postage I was sent a code giving me free postage for my additional purchase so I was pleased with this but would have preferred if I had known at the ordering stage of the unavailability of the item Happy with posters although they are matt not shiny which I was expecting

Bit skeptical at first but very happy with my purchase Great quality prints exactly as appear on website Fast delivery Only reason for taking away one star is that they use Evri as their courier Package was open and damaged but luckily the posters were unscathed

Prints and frames

I received my prints and frames in under 7 days Unfortunately one frame was poorly made and didn t meet neatly in a corner I emailed but responded very slowly A new frame is being sent out now and then I will be happy

This was the second time I ordered

This was the second time I ordered after a bad experience with delivery and damaged goods Unfortunately this time the packaging arrived opened at one end but thankfully nothing was damaged inside The 2 prints are lovely and I m pleased with them I just think packaging needs to be a little more robust

Great customer service

Happy with the quality of the poster but it was damaged in transit I contacted customer service and they dealt with it quickly and efficiently sending out a new replacement

Superfast delivery

Superfast delivery This is my second order of the same item first order was last year Excellent quality of material but was disappointed to receive the poster with crinkled edges on both longer edges These were caused by poster being sent in a long box that is slightly longer than the poster so that the edges of the poster was being moved about and got dented during transit Previous order was sent in a cylindrical tube that held the poster securely without it being moved about Hope Poster Store will take note for future deliveries

Lovely prints

Quality of the posters is excellent paper is thick and colours are bright Need to improve on customer service as they are very slow to answer emails and don t actually give an answer they just keep saying we will get back to you Also I can t understand why the postage is so high compared to most places I purchase from not even a large parcel I even had it delivered to an Evri drop off point to save a 1
