Fuzzy bleak picture not even close to the displayed in the product view Probably run from a mediocre average 600p homeprinter Save your money and buy quality

Order received damaged

Order received damaged Took over a week for customer service to get back to me which I then had to chase up I was advised I would receive a complimentary poster with the replacement frames for the inconvenience this never happened though and I only received the replacement frames A shame really hate being promised something that doesn t get followed through Left a bit of a sour taste in my mouth especially for the price I paid as I bought a full set The items are lovely don t get me wrong but shame about the service delivery and follow up involved

Surprised and disappointed

I ordered 5 A3 prints of various landscapes - the colours are weak in all of them particularly the Lake Bled and Tuscany images which are almost monotone compared to the vibrant online images I could have printed the Faroe Island image myself in higher resolution Good paper quality but I m not sure I can gift these for Christmas Hoping they look better in a frame Surprised and disappointed as most other reviews were positive

Pale colors not as excepted

The posters delivered were a bit pale not the colors shown in the website Also when I opened the small dimension poster I realized that the actual image of the poster was smaller than the standard dimension ordered because there was an extra white frame around the picture This was not easily understood on the website pictures This resulted on having my wood frame with its own white paper frame inside and a poster that had an extra white frame on the image and a really small image not so great The delivery was good and fast

Shipped to my country within 2days but

Shipped to my country within 2days but the quality isn t great and I bought frames ahead of receiving my order and now they serve no purpose due to being the wrong size The pictures come with boarders NOT stated in the description so they are smaller then I was expecting They do show images with boarder but it s highly misleading as it s assumed that they were framed that way and not the image itself

Very disappointed

Very disappointed I was looking forward to receive the posters I have ordered they have indeed beautiful posters however I got disappointed the very moment I have opened the package - they were actually printed with the white borders i never would thought that the white borders will be printed too Also the quality of print is way lower than I have expected I have bought frames with mat included and now those posters are of no use because of the white borders which makes the image way smaller than I needed

Have not received order

I placed an order a few weeks ago The parcel was delivered incorrectly by Evri Evri has informed me to contact poster store but no responses to query or chat PS2492897

Ordered prints a month ago

Ordered 3 prints from this company a month ago Only received 2 prints in my package Contacted customer service to get the print I was missing sent to me however the same print I already had was sent to me again I have no need for 2 of the same prints Definitely don t recommend ordering from this company I am going on a full month missing one of the prints I ordered and have yet to hear back from customer service again

Dirty posters delivered TWICE

Tried to order the same poster two times BOTH TIMES they came with dirt and stains on them Since the artworks are printed on cheap regular paper it was impossible to try and remove the stains without destroying the poster Only reason I m not leaving a one star review is because the support team responded quickly and were polite Save your money and buy some real posters instead
