Very disappointing purchase

The most disappointing purchase for sure I received these today and they look like someone just printed them at home The colors don t even match what you see online The paper isn t even a thicker card stock Yes it s matte but it looks so cheap I m not hanging these I could ve print better photos from a poster printer at target or cvs What a joke Save your money

3 weeks past - order didn t sent yet

Very disappointing purchase I feel like my 10 year old would ve packaged these posters better It appears the posters are just card stock material and we re rolled up and completely bent and unusable three weeks later when they finally arrived Customer service was very prompt though to refund me I literally laughed out loud when I opened the packages

Cheap quality and horrible customer service Buyer beware

They sent me frames that aren t even fully attached together The acrylic glass came cracked and has a bunch of scratches on it The printed posters had creases in them I spent a lot of money on these products and I m extremely disappointed Not to mention they have horrible customer service I sent them photos of the damaged items they sent me and they completely ignored it

Terrible quality would not purchase from again

The frame was terrible quality and arrived bent They put plastic film over the glass to protect it however once peeled off it generated so much static that every single piece of dust in my house was immediately stuck to the glass which was impossible to get off

Damaged frame company won t do anything

The frame I ordered arrived damaged in three places I have attempted to contact the company now four separate times via the contact form on their website and email and have heard nothing At first I just wanted to exchange the frame for one that isn t damaged and I would have been very happy But the fact that there has been no response to my various inquiries is frustrating Maybe buying a poster from them is fine but be leery when purchasing a frame

Terrible all round

Terrible all round I ordered 9 posters and ALL are woeful Pictures on website look so beautiful Posters in person look like they are printed from at home printer on kids cardboard Very underwhelming lack lustre Immediately contacted company on 3rd October asking for full refund it is now 14th October and they still haven t replied to me regarding full refund and return so devastated as this was supposed to be a makeover for my work space instead they are holding onto the money required for me to proceed with makeover due to extremely poor customer service What a nightmare of an experience the whole thing makes me want to cry Order number 2467662

This experience was a nightmare I usually don t write review but oh my gosh they make the return process SO difficult And everything is overpriced I brought pictures from this place and GOSH are they low quality like someone printed them for a school project And the frames YALL PLEASE MEASURE They re sooo tiny and not worth the money TARGET has more affordable and better looking options This experience pissed me off How do you do this and ONLY SENT ME 3 4 OF MY ORDER What a rip off this place is

DO NOT BUY FROM HERE The colour of the images are dull and lifeless in real life - nothing like the images online - and the paper is cheap Mon-existent customer service too - it s almost 2WEEKS and they haven t replied to our request for a return

All 5 posters are very pale to the point that it looks like the printer was low on ink Images were sharper in the website Disappointed

Too much trouble dealing with them concerning return

First wanted to return order but they said some mixup with the other poster store desenio com they own No idea how that happened This time received a poster the color looks off and not as vibrant as on webisite Looks like they were running out of ink does not match my other 2 posters when it should be the same very unhappy just tired of dealing with them
