colors are not that sharp as they look

colors are not that sharp as they look in the picture so thats why i think its expensive than it should

I was contemplating buying from this

I was contemplating buying from this company for many months now and decided to bite the bullet and make the purchase The images got here within 4 days and were shipped very well However I could not find any frames to fit the 8x11 images as the actual image is not 8x11 the paper it is printed on is Thus an 8x10 frame does not work and an 11x14 is too big Even with matting down to 8x10 the white of the matting and the white border of the image do not line up and makes it look like a school project I was planning on returning the order but it cost double the amount of the order to have it shipped back and I would have to pay for that They gave me a partial refund for the inconvenience

Cheap and low quality

I ordered 4 black and white posters and was super disappointed Imagine printing a photo out using your personal printer that is the quality you can expect for their B W prints The ink was fading and the paper was cheap I would not recommend this site Even though the quality was not what I expected their customer service rep did reach out to help I am updating my review to give more stars due to a positive customer support experience

Paper quality OK but colours not the best

The paper quality is great as most reviews suggest but the color quality is not the best I m pretty disappointed with the colour and image quality which is not as sharp and vibrant as you see online and the amount of money you spend you do expect better quality colours Be careful when choosing photos of Italy Greece as they are not as vibrant as you see online

Customer Service Does Not Reply

I received an order from Poster Store a couple of weeks ago The quality is nice but we had one frame that we received damaged I ve written customer service with no reply
