Brilliant items and well packaged The only problem was Parcel force who didn t leave my parcel or wait for me to answer the door They then said they were going to redilver it but didn t after I waited in all day Finally got it three weeks later Change the courier and everything will be spot on

Ordered a couple of times and always had good delivery this order took two weeks to arrive and halloween stock was delivered on 31st october so will not be of any use until next year this is my only gripe with the company

Miscommunication within a Big company

After purchasing I called to tell them I ll be picking up my goods as I realised they re not far from me The guy told me it was ok since I only made payment few minutes ago and the items are not yet picked they promised they will let me know once its ready and that I will be refunded the postage cost which was a bit too much Eventually they posted it I called to to find out why They only told me it was a miscommunication between them and that was it Really annoying and I found out that the items are way more cheaper on other websites Update-26 10 22 Thank you for the clarification Pound Wholesale and for taking time to give me a call Much appreciated you ve now earned two more stars

Good price

Good product excellent prices Is excellent if you are buying for your own website or a local store shop The website can be improved by adding more pictures of the products and some of the products can do with more description If you want products to sell on Amazon or eBay you will have to search the website closely as Amazon and eBay charge increased fees but I was able to find almost 100 products which are suitable to be sold on Amazon or eBay

Recommend the smart choice pet range

Recently started using this company very happy with the quality value and choice of products available Only negative is the cost of postage when adding a couple more small items to an order it added another 10 onto the already charged 17 postage fee this seems excessive when most couriers charge a flat fee

Excellent service and delivery time Only thing stopping it being 5 star was they ran out of products we desperately needed If I d known when placing the order on the website I could have sourced them elsewhere Highly recommended Will use again

GREAT products great prices only let

GREAT products great prices only let down is on the delivery I E I order stuff few weeks ago payed extra and order more item because was told was I pallet item only pay then the items turn up in normal boxes in the back of a normal van no pallet no tail lift but payed extra for it now my current order half has came same again by normal van in boxes and still waiting for them to precess the rest of my order nearly a week on great prices great items just always seem to let down or over charge on the delivery and despatch of items

First Time Experience

Hello I ordered for the first time with Pound Wholesale recently and have no problems with them The ordering process was very straight forward and the prices compared to what I was paying for my business are much better Yes you have to be on the ball with prices some items you may find a little cheaper elsewhere but not by much Similar principle when shopping at Costco I am overall pleased with Pound Wholesale and will be ordering from them again and already have items in my basket to process through soon

I recently purchased some items from Pound Wholesale and I m pleased with their service They offer a good variety of products at reasonable prices The customer service was prompt and helpful Although I found the prices slightly higher considering they are a new seller it s understandable as they may need to cover their initial costs I would suggest exploring potential discounts or deals with them Overall I m satisfied with my experience and would consider shopping with them again

Ordered from poundwholesale a couple of times Products are always of good quality did have some items that were faulty and they arranged for them to be collected and refunded me quickly Stock online isn t always up to date and have had to contact as to why my order is taking so long or items missing
