Waited over 2 weeks for dispatch Finally dispatched but missing over 75 of my order No Contact with me alerting me of this Now dispatched Still waiting Ordered on the 29th Nov

Would love to give a good review but unfortunately their customer service is non-existent Issues with their deliveries are not resolved without constant reminding and prodding to do their job and they don t respond to queries at all

disappointing service I ordered first time and they delivered the wrong product I tried to contact them but didn t solve the problem I will never order from them again

This company keeps editing its response to my review they re extremely defensive They ve now corrected the lies they put in their last response after I called them out Avoid this very dishonest company at all costs I bought some items from pound wholesale that were not fit for sale The product was spoilt and not fit for purpose I emailed them about a refund for the items and they told me they were non refundable even though they ve sold me stock that should have been destroyed and not sold to me Claims that the item was reduced by 160 are greatly exaggerated as anyone can work out if it was reduced by over 100 then they would have been paying me to take it off their hands They clearly need to work on their maths as well as their sales techniques They never stated the product was spoilt and not usable This is just dishonest sales tactics and their responses to me have been condescending and abrupt I will NEVER buy anything from them again and I am warning anyone from purchasing from them

This company is dishonest I brought umbrellas that looked quality but they have sent me flimsy umbrella s This site need to be taken down ASAP I have tried calling them the line is constantly busy Do not buy from them

all product title no copy why reason because i checked all product on amazon website but all product tiltle never copy plz slove this problem

One of the worst companies to deal with Super slow delivery nearly 2 weeks i order from about 7 different companies and they are all free next day delivery This one charged over 50 for delivery using a turtle and then the stupid delivery company had the wrong pallet so they had to come back again

Items sent aren t as described requested to send back and I have to pay for the return postage costs and they charge a 35 restocking fee whatever that is After factoring in all of this plus the initial 12 postage cost to receive them in the first place I decided to just cut my losses and not bother sending back

hello I made a order and the company who should delivery the order don t deliver yet and don t even answer to my email and phone call I tried to resolve this situation with poundwholesale but more then couple days nobody answer I will never buy again from them
