Products were as described

i received the product after 15 working days worried about it cos read the reviews after i order but would like to commit on the delivery man he was so rude did not ring the bell just call and said i am gonna leave the pallet on the curb luckly i had some one to help me it was heavy and he just left the pallet on the street he said i am not allowed to enter or ring the bell it a big order and lots of stuff we said can we borrow your pump trolley he said no parcelforce was the delivery company

Not disability friendly

Products were as described I haven t had much success in finding the lines that I want and if you don t order from the site withing a certain period they will suspend your account I have specific lines that I purchase and if those lines aren t available I won t order just to keep the account active

Delivery for a wholesaler was too slow

Useful Struggled to get certain paints for months and now they are in stock but I have been waiting for larger canvasses for weeks and it s still not available It can take long to arrive and when they deliver large pallets they leave it in the doorway or on the pavement expecting us a disabled shop owner to get the pallet unwrapped and heavy boxes moved into the shop hoping that nothing gets stolen in the mean time or that you don t block the access for the wheelchairs

Placing the order on the website was easy and fast Delivery was quick as well but a lot of the boxes were broken and a few had mice poop on them

Delays with shipping bad customer service

Placed an order on the 29th of September got an email to say delivery would be 24-72 hours 5 days went by so I emailed them asking where my parcel was as on the tracking it said completed although I had not received anything Got a delayed response and then 10 days after placing my order I was told my parcel had not even left their warehouse yet as the courier had not picked it up I would have overlooked this as I understand things like this can happen but it was the fact the customer service team took so long to reply the fact they barely even apologised not even the decency to offer my 15 back on postage costs or even a 10 off my next order for the inconvenience My parcel will now not arrive until Wednesday the 11th 12 days after ordering I can get stock quicker from China and better customer service

Poor customer service which was very

Poor customer service which was very disappointing as first time customers Waited a long time to recieve our delivery and then when the real delivery day finally came about the email delivery confirmation updated every minute by a minute so what should have been an 11am delivery turned into one after 4pm I rang customer service twice to be met by someone who I can only be described as half asleep and couldn t answer any of my questions to the point I asked him if he did actually work for Pound Wholesale That being said we always welcome second chances and will be giving them a second order to fulfil for us and hopefully their errors can be reversed and I ll happily give a more positive review

Good website and swift delivery Downsides are you can t cancel an order after placing it And I had no reply whatever to an email I sent
