The bourbon selections are good when I get them My shipments continully do not arrive I have to email the company to look for my order and then they finally ship them This is my third month and I have had to go searching for 2 out of the 3

I paid 600 for three bottles of Scotch

I paid 600 for three bottles of Scotch for 6 months every other month we received a bottle In a nut shell we received approximately 350 worth of Scotch Last bottle was a Glenlivet 14 year old bottle worth 50 I could have went to BevMo and done a better job Bummer

45 shipping charges

I do not like that the shipping is more than the cost of the bottle It also took way too long to receive my shipment I will be canceling my subscription Edit for response They claimed to be reaching out to me as seen in comment but as of 4 12 23 I have yet to see an email or phone call from them

Scotch-not whiskey

I am extremely disappointed with the most recent selection as it was a scotch whiskey-SCOTCH I didn t open it wanted to return it and was told I couldn t I was given a 10 credit on my account

PourMore is always late shipping the products each month The bourbon so far has been good and enjoyable but the shipping alone has me very frustrated and ready to find a new company

Had to wait 6 weeks for first bottle to be sent Second shipmnet never sent until I inquirede about it and was told there was an error in the data base Third shipment I was informed on 12 2 22 that the order was placed but had to inquire to discover that the order will npt be shipped until the week of 12 19

Needs more Kentucky selections

I was a little disappointed that I didn t relieve any bourbon from Kentucky I was hoping that I d be able to add more choices to my collection but the bourbon I recieve lacked the fullness of all the current kentucky bourbon I ve tried In the past The service was ok But I only reviewed one bottle on my last shipment instead of the 2 I was suppose recieve
