Didn t really get very far with emailing customer services team after damaged dumbbells delivered Phoned up and spoke to Nathan very polite and helpful and sorted issue straight away

Had some issues with delivery probably the courier rather than Fitshop but Nathan at Fitshop was quick to resolve and crucially when the courier couldn t redirect my order Fitshop re-sent it rather than making me wait Expect a speedy service they clearly value looking after their customers
