Cooker stopped working called and made appointment with PowerPoint as advised by our landlord Matt arrived with a cheery smile and found control part not working ordered but part came in damaged New part ordered and Matt back to fit Cant say how fantastic the staff are so friendly and helpful Thank you again

What a professional service provided First time using PowerPoint and it was a breeze from start to finish Matt came round to diagnose the dishwasher problem and then proceeded to fix the washer at the same time Came out on the same day as I called the shop Matt was very professional and had lots of expert advice and knowledge Kept us informed each step of the way Very impressed - will use them again

Our dishwasher broke down We have used Powepoint before and decided to go with them again Matt came out the next day to assess and the diagnosis fitted the suspicion Matt was polite and confident We agreed the repair Matt worked with the office to get the parts in ASAP and within 1 5 days we were up and running Great and expert work from Matt and all at Powepoint
