The parcel was delivered exactly on time I have various digestive problems and having tried almost all of the main meals and soups on offer I have had no adverse reactions whatever The portions for two are generous and just the right size for us

Such delicious nourishing food

My family had such a delicious meal from POW last night - we ordered two chicken dishes and two veggie dishes and absolutely loved them The teriyaki tofu and roast chicken were particular favourites and the brownies were divine So nice to have balanced high quality meals ready to go in the freezer after a long day at work And love how sustainable everything is We ll be ordering again soon Highly recommended

Excellent taste and balance of healthy ingredients

My wife and I found we no longer had time to prepare our own healthy meals from scratch due to starting a business This company has proven to be the perfect solution for us The meals taste amazing and close attention has been paid to the taste of the dishes which are authentic and leaves you wanting more I am also glad that the spice level has not been reduced for the British palate which is sadly often the case They keep it real So glad to find a good meal subscription service after being disappointed with the others

Pow Food has changed my life it really has I ve explored other ready meal companies before but Pow are just in another league So many gorgeous meals I m going to write a few reviews of my favourites but it ll be hard to choose I ve honestly loved every meal so far And all of the ingredients are so clean and healthy too no long lists of unnecessary filler Some of the snacks and desserts are also out of this world A big thank you it really helps to have a service like this I have some health issues and having been a very keen cook all of my life it s been very challenging for me to cook for myself regularly in recent times So I feel very grateful to have found Pow Food - having them there is an enormous support as well as a source of joy and great pleasure Thank you so much

The delivery was excellent really well packaged and clear updates on when the order would arrive The food was exceptional - high quality very tasty and such a great variety My particular favourite was the beef bourguignon - the quality of meat was superb and really tender

The meals are filling

The meals are filling hearty and very tasty If you read the ingredients lists there is nothing unrecognisable They come frozen Meals are slightly cheaper if you subscribe I like that you have the option to one off purchase also The online chat for queries has been helpful I ve ordered vegan and chicken dishes and also the soups Only one I didn t like so far My Hba1c has gone down from 40 to 36 The meals heat in the microwave in 7-8 minutes I did feel they were maybe too expensive but when I checked what was I was spending on groceries that often went off it actually worked out ok

Nicest ready meals I ve eaten so far

I received my first order and each meal I have had so far has been tasty and plenty of it too doesn t keep to description as want to reorder when I ve tried them all highly recommend I m dairy free so ideal for me

I have sensitive tummy and it s always happy with the pow food range No nasties and they really are delicious

Beautiful home cooked tasty meals with no nasties added Fast and efficient delivery and wide selection to choose from Always really enjoyed there offering the leek and potatoes soup was delicious as was the lamb koftas and fish pie Would highly recommend
